Review by hotel critic
Having recently attended a corporate retreat at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport, I can definitely see its appeal for business travelers. The hotel offers an excellent location just a stone's throw from the airport, making travel seamless. I appreciated the convenience of leaving my car parked and hopping on the complimentary shuttle service. The meeting facilities are noteworthy, featuring over 108,000 square feet of flexible space. We hosted several sessions, and the setup was accommodating for everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was solid, ensuring we could work remotely and stay connected without hiccups. While the staff was generally friendly, I did notice some inconsistencies in service; some team members were more accommodating than others, which could benefit from a refresh in their hospitality training. Manager Tom stood out, always ready to assist. A minor downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast—considering the cost of a two-night stay, it felt like an expected inclusion. Overall, the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of meetings. The addition of a mobile makeup mirror in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. All in all, Crowne Plaza is a solid option for corporate travelers, with great amenities and an efficient environment to work.
